Media and Downloads
This is where we keep our photos, videos, downloads, social profiles, and review links. Everything here is free to look at, and most of it is free to use.
Call (714) 823-3164 or ask a question. Clear recommendations, even if we never work together.
The media section of Online Website Marketing holds photos, videos, and downloadable checklists in one place. It also holds links to our social profiles and review platforms. Clients, partners, and local business owners come here to find our imagery, grab a free guide, or follow our accounts. You can also leave a review without hunting through the site.
What You Will Find Here
The media section is split into five parts. Photos holds the image library we use for our own profiles and site, plus guidance on how service businesses should handle their own pictures. Videos holds our video library and explains what video actually does for local visibility. Socials lists every platform we publish on and what each one is used for. Downloads holds checklists, guides, and reference manuals you can save and use without paying us anything. Reputation lists the review platforms where our business is listed and shows you how to leave a review on each one. Every page in this section stands on its own. You do not need to read them in order. If you came here for one file, take it and go. If you came to see how we present our own business online, read the guidance sections too. We publish this material because most of the questions we get from owners are about the basics: which photo to upload, how often to post, where to ask for reviews. Those answers should be free.

- Reputation: every review platform and how to leave a review
Why We Publish Our Own Media
Plenty of agencies keep their media buried in a shared drive and hand it out on request. We publish ours because it doubles as proof of process. If we tell you that photos matter for a Google Business Profile, you should be able to look at ours and judge whether we follow our own advice. The same goes for video, for social posts, and for the review links we ask clients to use. There is a second reason. Search engines and AI answer engines build a picture of a business from everything they can find about it: the website, the profiles, the images, and the mentions on other sites. When those pieces agree with each other, the picture gets sharper and the business gets recognized more reliably. When they conflict, the picture gets fuzzy. A media section that ties our profiles, images, and files together in one place is part of keeping that picture clean. It is the same thing we set up for clients. Publishing it openly just means you can see the mechanics instead of taking our word for it.
Free Downloads for Owners
The downloads page holds checklists, guides, and short manuals written for people who run service businesses, not for marketers. Each one covers a job you could reasonably do yourself in an afternoon: auditing your own Google Business Profile, writing a review request that people actually answer, checking whether your business listings match across the web, or reviewing your website for the things that stop a visitor from calling. Nothing is hidden behind a long form. We ask for an email on some files because that is how we send updated versions when something changes, and Google changes things often. If you would rather not give an email, call the office and we will send the file directly. These files are useful on their own. They are also a fair way to find out whether you want to work with us. An owner who follows a checklist and fixes four problems is better off than before, whether or not they ever become a client. That trade is fine with us. Marketing should create predictability, and predictability starts with knowing what condition your own listings are in.
Profiles and Review Links
Two pages in this section are directories rather than articles. Socials lists every platform we publish on, what we use each one for, and how often we post there. Reputation lists every place our business can be reviewed, with instructions for leaving a review on each platform. Both pages carry the same note: a live link appears only after that account has been confirmed. We would rather show a platform name with no link than send you to a profile we do not control. Fake and unclaimed listings are a real problem in local search, and pointing people at one would be careless. If you want to reach us before those links go live, the phone number is (714) 823-3164 and the email is terrysr@online-website-marketing.com. The office is at 16379 E Preserve Loop Unit 2193 in Chino, California, and hours are seven days a week, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Our Google profile currently shows a 5.0 rating from 7 reviews. That is a small number and we publish it as it is rather than dressing it up.
What You Can Use and What You Cannot
Anything on the downloads page is free to save, print, and share with your team. Use it inside your business as much as you want. You may not sell it, repackage it as your own product, or strip the credit line off the bottom and hand it to your own clients. If you run an agency and want to use one of our checklists with your clients, ask and we will usually say yes. Photos and videos are different. Images of our office, our workspace, and our work are ours, and they are published here so press, partners, and directories can identify the business correctly, not as free stock. If you are writing about us, quoting us, or listing us in a directory, use them and credit Online Website Marketing. If you need a specific size, a logo file, or a higher resolution version, email us and we will send it. For client work, all photos and video we produce during an engagement belong to the client. That is written into the agreement. You keep the files if you leave, which is not true at every agency.
What Gets Added Next
This section grows steadily rather than all at once. Photos get added as we shoot them, and most of our shooting happens during client projects, so the library fills up in bursts. Videos follow the same pattern. Downloads get published when a file is finished and checked, not when a topic sounds good in a planning meeting. The list of planned files sits on the downloads page so you can see what is coming and tell us if we are working on the wrong thing. Social and review links appear as each account is confirmed. Some platforms verify quickly. Others take weeks, especially the ones that still mail a postcard to your address. We will not post a link before the account is verified and under our control. Client work is the one thing we will not publish early. There are no case studies with client names on this site yet, and there will not be until a client reads what we wrote and approves it in writing. When those go live, the photos and video from those projects will appear here too, with permission attached. Until then, this section covers our own material and the guidance behind it.
