Book a Free Marketing Consultation

Thirty minutes, no cost, no pressure. You describe the business, we tell you what we would do first and why.

Call (714) 823-3164 or ask a question. Clear recommendations, even if we never work together.

A free consultation with Online Website Marketing is a 30 minute conversation, and it costs nothing. We talk about your business, your service area, and where your leads come from now. There is no pitch deck. You leave with two or three specific things to fix, whether or not you ever hire us.

What a Free Consultation Actually Is

A free consultation is a conversation, not a presentation. You talk for most of it. We ask questions, listen, and then say what we think. Thirty minutes is enough time to understand a service business well enough to give useful advice, and short enough that it does not eat your afternoon. Before the call we spend fifteen to twenty minutes looking at your Google Business Profile, your website, and where you currently rank for a few searches that matter in your area. That means we start from facts instead of asking you to describe your own website to us. The point of the call is to answer one question: what is the single biggest thing standing between you and more phone calls. Sometimes that is search visibility. Sometimes it is a website that loses people on mobile. Sometimes it is a review count that has not moved in two years, or a phone that nobody answers between four and five. We say which one we see. If the answer is something you can fix yourself in a week, we tell you that too.

What We Cover in Thirty Minutes

The structure stays roughly the same from one call to the next, because it works. The first ten minutes are about your business: what you do, who buys it, which cities are worth the drive, and how work comes in today. The middle ten minutes are what we found before the call. Where you appear in the map pack across your service area, how your review profile compares to the businesses ranking above you, whether your website has pages for the services and cities you care about, and whether anything technical is blocking you outright. The last ten minutes are priorities. We name the two or three moves we would make first, in order, with a rough sense of how long each takes to show results. If budget comes up, we give you real ranges instead of dodging. Nobody watches slides. There is no scarcity pitch and no discount that expires Friday. If it makes sense to keep talking, we schedule a longer strategy call or start a proposal. If it does not, the call still ends with something useful in your hands.

What a Consultation Is Not

It is not a free audit. An audit is a written document that takes us three to five business days to produce, and it lives on its own page for a reason. A consultation is a live conversation with observations, not a deliverable. It is not a full strategy session either. A strategy call runs forty five minutes, goes deeper into competitors and channel mix, and ends with a written summary. If you already know you want to work with someone and just need the plan, that is the better starting point. It is not a sales call disguised as advice. Nobody is going to spend twenty minutes on a discovery script and then pitch a package. We give real answers during the call, including answers that make it less likely you hire us. Finally, it is not a place where anyone promises rankings. No agency can guarantee a position on Google, and any consultation that includes that promise is worth exactly what you paid for it. What you get instead are ranges, probabilities, and the reasoning behind both.

How to Prepare

Almost nothing is required. Show up and talk. That said, three things make the half hour much more productive. First, know a number. How many calls or booked jobs did you get last month, and how does that compare to a good month. Even a rough figure changes the conversation from opinion to arithmetic. Second, know which jobs you want more of. Most service businesses have a profitable core and a set of jobs they take because the phone rang. If you tell us which is which, we can point the advice at the right work instead of at volume for its own sake. Third, be honest about what has already been tried. If a previous agency did six months of work and nothing happened, that history is useful. It usually tells us what was skipped. Nobody is judging past decisions here. If you can join from a quiet place with your website open in a tab, even better. We often screen share and walk through a page or a profile setting together.

What You Walk Away With

You leave with a short list of specific actions, not a feeling that you should call someone. Specific means named. Fix these four fields on your Google Business Profile. Add service pages for these three cities. Start asking for reviews at this point in your job, not two weeks later. Turn off this ad group because it is spending on searches that will never call you. Most of the time, at least one item on that list is something you or your office manager can do this week without hiring anybody. We say which ones those are on purpose. Handing over a couple of free wins is how we show what working together would feel like, and it costs us nothing we mind losing. You also leave with a realistic sense of timing. Local search work generally shows first movement in 60 to 90 days and meaningful lead change in four to six months. Paid ads move faster but stop the day you stop paying. Knowing which lever you are actually pulling prevents a lot of disappointment later.

What Happens Next

Nothing, unless you want something to happen. There is no automatic follow up sequence and no drip campaign waiting on the other side of the call. If you asked for something during the conversation, you get it. That might be a written recap of the priorities, a link to a resource, or a rough budget range for the work discussed. Those arrive within one business day. If you want to go further, there are three normal next steps. A visibility audit gives you the written version with data behind it, in three to five business days. A strategy call goes deeper on competitors and channel mix. A custom proposal puts scope, pricing, and timeline on paper so you can compare it against anything else you are considering. If you are not ready, that is a fine outcome. We check back once, maybe twice, and then leave you alone. Owners come back months or years later all the time, usually when the season turns or a competitor starts showing up above them. The door stays open either way.

Frequently asked questions

Is the consultation really free, or is there a catch?

It is free. No card, no fee, no obligation. We do it because a thirty minute conversation is the most honest way for both sides to find out if there is a fit. Some of those calls turn into clients. Most do not, and that is fine.

How long does it take to get on the calendar?

Usually within two to five business days. Mornings tend to fill first because most service business owners prefer to talk before the day gets away from them. If your week is tight, say so and we will work around your schedule as best we can.

Do I need to be the owner to book a consultation?

No, but the conversation is more useful when someone who can make decisions is on it. Office managers and marketing coordinators book these calls often. If you are gathering information for an owner, tell us and we will structure the recap so it is easy to pass along.

Will you tell me what your services cost on the call?

Yes, in ranges. Monthly local SEO work generally starts around fifteen hundred dollars a month and moves with how many cities you compete in and how crowded your trade is. Exact numbers require a scope, which is what a proposal is for. We will not dodge the question.

Can you promise results on a free consultation?

No, and nobody honestly can. Search rankings depend on competitors, review history, distance from the searcher, and factors Google does not publish. What we can do is tell you what usually happens on similar work, in ranges, and explain what would make your situation faster or slower than typical.
