Contact Form

Send Us a Message

Two minutes to fill out, and a real person replies within one business day. No autoresponder pretending to be a conversation.

Call (714) 823-3164 or ask a question. Clear recommendations, even if we never work together.

The contact form is the fastest way to reach Online Website Marketing in writing. It takes about two minutes, and it asks for your name, business, phone, email, and a short description of what you need. Every submission goes to a real inbox. You get a reply within one business day.

What the Form Asks For

The form is short on purpose. Long forms filter out serious people as often as they filter out time wasters, and we would rather have a two line message from a busy owner than nothing at all. We ask for your name, your business name, a phone number, an email address, and a description of what you need. The business name matters more than it looks like it does. It lets us pull up your Google Business Profile and your website before we reply, which means the first response contains something useful instead of a request for more information. Both the phone number and the email are there so we can reach you the way you prefer. Tell us which one you want us to use and we will use it. Nobody gets called at dinner because they typed a number into a box. There are no required fields for budget, company size, number of employees, or timeline to purchase. Those questions exist to score leads, and scoring you before we have talked to you is not how we want to start.

  • Your name
  • Your business name as it appears on Google
  • Phone number and email address
  • A short description of what you need
  • Optional: your website and the cities you serve

What Happens When You Hit Send

The submission lands in a monitored inbox that a person checks throughout the business day. You see a confirmation on screen immediately so you know it went through, and you get a short confirmation email with a copy of what you sent. That email exists so you have a record, not to start a sequence. Before anyone replies, we spend a few minutes looking at your business. Your Google Business Profile, your website, and where you show up for a couple of relevant local searches. That is why a reply sometimes takes a few hours instead of a few minutes. It also means the answer addresses your actual situation rather than offering to schedule a call to learn about it. You get a written reply within one business day. If your message came in Friday afternoon, expect Monday morning. If your question needs research before it can be answered honestly, we say so the same day and give you a date for the full answer rather than going quiet on you.

How Much Detail to Include

One sentence is enough to get a reply. A paragraph gets you a better one. If you want the most useful first response possible, include four things: what your business does, which cities you want work in, what is not working right now, and what you have already tried. That combination lets us give you a real opinion in the first email instead of a series of qualifying questions. Being specific about the problem helps more than being polite about it. There is a difference between the phone is slow and we used to get twenty calls a month from Google and now we get six since a franchise opened in Ontario. The second sentence tells us where to look. If you are comparing agencies, say so. We will answer accordingly and skip the parts you have already heard three times this week. If you are early and just gathering information, say that too. Nobody gets treated as a lower priority for being honest about where they are in the process.

Privacy and Your Information

What you send us stays with us. We do not sell contact information, rent lists, or pass your details to partner companies for a referral fee. Nobody else is going to call you because you filled out this form. Submissions are stored so we have a record of the conversation, and they are used to answer your question and follow up on it. You are not added to a marketing email list by submitting the form. If you want our emails, there is a separate place to opt in on purpose. If you ever want your information removed from our records, send a note to terrysr@online-website-marketing.com and we will delete it. No retention argument, no exit survey. We also do not use aggressive retargeting on people who fill out a contact form. Following someone around the internet with ads after they asked a question is a strange way to build trust. Standard analytics run on this site so we can see which pages get used, and the privacy policy explains what that involves.

When to Call Instead

The form is the right tool for most first contacts. There are a few situations where picking up the phone is simply faster. Call if you need an answer today. Call if the question is short and the back and forth would take four emails. Call if you are an existing client with something time sensitive, like a site that is down or a profile that got suspended. And call if you would rather talk than type, which is true for plenty of owners and is not a problem. The number is (714) 823-3164, staffed seven days a week, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific. Voicemails left during business hours get a callback the same day. Use email instead when you want a paper trail, when you need to attach files, or when you want to forward the answer to a business partner without retyping it. Every route reaches the same team and follows the same process. There is no fast lane, and choosing one channel over another does not change how seriously your message gets treated.

Send us the details

No obligation and no sales pressure. We reply within one business day with what we would fix first.

Frequently asked questions

How long until someone replies to my form submission?

Within one business day, and usually within a few hours. Messages sent Friday afternoon get answered Monday morning. If your question needs research first, we tell you that the same day and give you a date for the full answer instead of going silent.

Do I have to fill out every field?

Name, business name, one contact method, and a description of what you need are the useful minimum. Everything else is optional. There are no required questions about budget, company size, or purchase timeline, because scoring you before we have spoken is not how we want to start.

Will I get sales emails after submitting?

No. You get a confirmation with a copy of your message, then a real reply. If you go quiet, we follow up once or twice and then stop. Marketing emails require a separate opt in that you have to choose on purpose.

Is my information shared with anyone?

No. We do not sell contact information, rent lists, or pass details to partner companies for referral fees. Submissions are stored so we have a record of the conversation. Email terrysr@online-website-marketing.com any time and we will delete your information from our records.

Can I send files through the form?

The form is text only to keep it fast and to avoid problems with attachments. If you have a report, a contract, or screenshots to share, email them to terrysr@online-website-marketing.com and reference your form submission so we can connect the two.
