Disclosures and Disclaimers

Marketing pages are full of numbers that nobody can check. This page tells you exactly what our numbers mean, where they come from, and what we have not yet earned the right to claim.

Call (714) 823-3164 or ask a question. Clear recommendations, even if we never work together.

This page explains how Online Website Marketing talks about results. We publish ranges, not guarantees. Any case study marked illustrative is a model built from typical patterns, not a verified client. Reviews are published unedited. We disclose partner relationships, and we tell you where AI assists our content production.

Results and Earnings Language

Nothing on this site is a promise of a specific ranking, traffic level, lead volume, or revenue figure. We do not guarantee results, and no one who works here has authority to guarantee them on our behalf. When we give a number, it is a range, and the range comes from what we typically see in Southern California service business markets rather than from a formula. Timelines behave the same way. When we say local SEO usually shows first movement in 60 to 90 days, that is an observation about how these campaigns tend to behave, not a commitment that your campaign will follow it. Several things widen those ranges: how crowded your trade is, how many established competitors sit above you, how many reviews they have collected, how many cities you want to compete in, how much cleanup your existing site and listings need, and how quickly your team responds to leads once they arrive. Your own results depend heavily on factors we do not control, including your pricing, your capacity, your close rate, and whether the phone gets answered during the hours you publish. Marketing brings opportunities to the door. What happens after that is your business.

Illustrative Case Studies Are Labeled

Here is the plain truth about our proof: we do not yet have verified client case studies published on this site. We are not going to invent them, borrow them from somewhere else, or dress up a hypothetical as a real engagement. Any case study you see on this site carries an illustrative label displayed directly on the page. Illustrative means the scenario is a model. It shows how a campaign of that type is typically structured, what work happens in what order, which metrics we would track, and what a plausible outcome pattern looks like based on how these campaigns generally behave. The business in it is not a real client, the numbers are not measurements from a real account, and nothing in it should be read as a track record. We publish them because the structure is genuinely useful for understanding how the work fits together, and because showing an empty results page helps nobody. Verified client results get published as clients approve them, with real dates, the actual data behind them, and named permission. Until a result carries that approval, it stays out. If you want to talk to a current client before signing, ask us on a call and we will arrange what we can.

Testimonials and Reviews

Our rating is 5.0 on Google from 7 reviews. We publish that count exactly as it stands rather than rounding it into something vaguer that implies a longer history. Seven reviews is seven reviews. Any testimonial displayed on this site comes from a real, verifiable source, which today means our public Google Business Profile. Testimonials are marked as verified when they trace back to that profile so you can go read them yourself in their original context. We do not write testimonials, we do not pay for them, we do not offer discounts or gifts in exchange for them, and we do not edit the substance of what someone said. Trimming for length happens occasionally, and when it does the full review is still available on Google. Individual experiences vary. A testimonial describes one business owner's experience with their own market, budget, timeline, and internal follow up, and it is not a prediction of what any other business will experience. We follow the same policy in the review generation systems we build for clients. Asking every customer for an honest review is fine and effective. Filtering out unhappy customers before the ask, or incentivizing positive reviews, violates Google policy and FTC guidance, and we will not set it up.

Affiliate and Partner Relationships

We recommend software regularly, so it matters that you know whether we get paid for it. As of the last update to this page in August 2026, we do not run an affiliate program and we do not earn commission on the tools we recommend to clients. If that changes, this section changes with it and the disclosure appears on the pages where the recommendation lives, not just here. Our recommendations are based on what fits the client's situation, budget, and technical comfort level. Some tools we suggest are ones we use ourselves, which we say out loud when it applies. We hold accounts and manager access with advertising and marketing platforms including Google and Meta in order to run client campaigns. Any certification, badge, or partner status we display is one we currently hold and can verify on request, and we remove badges when they lapse rather than leaving them up. We do not accept payment from any vendor in exchange for placement, endorsement, or a recommendation on this site. We do not receive referral fees for sending you to another agency, and if we refer you somewhere because the work is outside what we do well, no money changes hands.

AI Assistance in Our Content

We use AI tools in parts of our content work, and pretending otherwise would be a strange position for a company that sells transparency. Here is how it actually works. AI helps with research summaries, outlining, drafting first passes, and generating variations for testing headlines and ad copy. A person reviews, rewrites, and approves everything before it publishes. Facts, statistics, legal points, and technical claims get checked against original sources, because AI tools invent plausible sounding details and a confident wrong answer is worse than no answer. Our strategy, our recommendations, and every judgment call about your business come from people who looked at your data. We do not publish unreviewed AI output on this site or on client sites. We do not feed client account data, contact records, or form submissions into AI training. Where a tool is used on client material, it is limited to the specific task at hand. For clients who prefer no AI involvement in their content at all, say so and we will note it in your scope and work that way. The rate may differ because the hours differ, and we will tell you what that difference is before you decide.

Frequently asked questions

Why are your case studies labeled illustrative?

Because they are models, not measurements. We do not yet have verified client case studies approved for publication, and we will not invent one. Illustrative examples show how a campaign is structured and what gets tracked. Verified results go up with real dates and real data as clients approve them.

Are the reviews on this site real?

Yes. Our 5.0 rating comes from 7 reviews on our public Google Business Profile, and you can go read them there. We do not write, buy, incentivize, or edit the substance of reviews. We publish the count exactly as it stands rather than implying a longer history than we have.

Do you earn commission on tools you recommend?

No. As of August 2026 we run no affiliate program and take no commission or placement fees from software vendors. Recommendations are based on fit, budget, and how comfortable your team is with the tool. If that ever changes, the disclosure appears on the page making the recommendation, not only here.

How much of your content is written by AI?

AI assists with research, outlines, first drafts, and copy variations for testing. A person edits, fact checks, and approves everything before it publishes. Strategy and recommendations come from people reading your data. If you want no AI involvement in your content, tell us and we will scope it that way.

Why do you give ranges instead of specific numbers?

Because specific promises in this industry are guesses with a confident tone. Rankings depend on competitors who keep investing and platforms that keep changing. Ranges reflect what we typically see, and we explain the variables that make your range wider or narrower so you can judge the risk yourself.
