Reviews and Review Platforms
If we did good work for you, a review helps us more than almost anything else you could do. Here is every platform where you can leave one, and how each of them works.
Call (714) 823-3164 or ask a question. Clear recommendations, even if we never work together.
You can review Online Website Marketing on Google, Yelp, the local Chamber of Commerce directory, Birdeye, Yellow Pages, and Manta. Google carries the most weight for a local business, so start there. A live link appears next to each platform once that listing is confirmed and verified.
Live review links appear here as each listing is confirmed and verified. A platform listed without a link means that listing is still pending. To leave a review before then, search for Online Website Marketing in Chino, California on the platform, or call (714) 823-3164 and we will send you the direct link.
Where We Are Listed
Our business is listed on the platforms below. Each entry shows a live link once that listing has been claimed and verified. Where a link is missing, the listing is still going through verification, and searching for Online Website Marketing in Chino, California will usually find it. Our Google profile currently shows a 5.0 rating from 7 reviews. Seven is a small number and we publish it exactly as it is. We have been in business since 2019 and have spent more of that time on client work than on collecting reviews, which is a fair thing to hold against us. It is also the reason a review from you counts for more here than it would at a company sitting on four hundred of them. If you were a client and something went wrong, we would rather hear it directly first. Call (714) 823-3164 or email terrysr@online-website-marketing.com. We will fix what can be fixed. If you still want to post the review afterward, post it. We do not ask people to take reviews down.

How to Leave a Google Review
Google reviews carry the most weight of any platform for a local business, both for ranking and for the decision a person makes while looking at the map pack. Here is how to leave one. On a phone, open Google Maps or the Google app and search for Online Website Marketing Chino. Tap the business, scroll to the reviews area, tap the star rating, and write your review. On a computer, search the business name in Google, find the business panel on the right side of the results, and click the button to write a review. You need a Google account, which most people already have through Gmail or an Android phone. If you do not have one, creating it takes about two minutes. Reviews post publicly under the name on your Google account, so check that first if you would rather not use your full name. There is no way to leave a Google review anonymously. Reviews can take a few minutes to a few hours to appear, and Google sometimes filters reviews from brand new accounts with no other activity. You can edit or delete your own review at any time.
The Other Platforms and How They Work
Yelp matters in Southern California more than in most parts of the country, especially for consumer facing services. To review us there, search for the business on Yelp, open the listing, and use the rating stars. Yelp filters aggressively, and reviews from new accounts with no history often get pushed into a section marked not recommended. Established Yelp users have better luck. Yelp also prohibits businesses from asking for reviews, so we will never ask you to leave one there. If you choose to on your own, that is entirely your call. The Chamber of Commerce directory carries local credibility and matters for business to business trust more than for consumer search. Chamber listings usually allow a rating or a written recommendation through the member profile. Birdeye is a review platform that also collects reviews from other sources, and its listings sometimes surface in search results for a business name. Yellow Pages still exists, still ranks for a portion of local searches, and still feeds data to other directories, which makes an accurate listing there worth having. Manta is a small business directory used mostly for business to business discovery and basic company information.
What Makes a Review Useful
The most useful review is specific. A five star review that says great service tells a future customer nothing. A review that says what you needed, what we did, how long it took, and what changed gives the next person enough to decide. If you are writing one for us, a few details help more than praise. Name the online website marketing service, whether that was local SEO, a website, Google Ads, or reputation work. Say roughly how long you worked with us. Say what actually changed in your business, in your own words, without needing exact numbers. Mention how the communication went, since that is what most owners are actually worried about when hiring an agency. If something was slower or harder than you expected, include that too. Reviews that read as flawless from every customer make people suspicious, and an honest note about a rough patch makes the rest more believable. Length does not need to be long. Three or four sentences with real detail beat a paragraph of adjectives. The same advice applies to the reviews your own customers write for you, which is why a good review request asks a specific question.
How We Handle Criticism
Not every engagement goes perfectly. When one does not, we would rather hear about it directly and early, because most problems are fixable while the online website marketing work is still running and almost none are fixable after the relationship ends. Call the office or email and say plainly what is wrong. You will get a real response from someone who worked on your account, not a support ticket. If you post a negative review, we will respond publicly, we will not argue in the thread, and we will not ask you to remove it. Asking customers to take down honest reviews is a practice we advise clients against, and it would be strange to do it ourselves. We also will not offer anything in exchange for a review, positive or otherwise. Paying for reviews breaks the terms of every major platform and can get a business profile suspended, which is a real risk we are not willing to take with our own listing or a client's. Reputation is an asset that has to be protected actively, and the only durable way to protect it is to do work worth reviewing and then ask honestly.
Why Review Platforms Matter for Local Search
Review platforms affect local visibility in three ways. First, review count and rating are part of how Google decides which businesses to show in the map pack, alongside relevance and distance. Second, recency matters. Fifty reviews from the past year usually outperform three hundred that stopped in 2018, because a steady stream signals an active business. Third, the words inside reviews carry meaning. When customers describe the online website marketing service in their own language, that text helps a search engine connect your business to those searches, and AI answer engines increasingly quote review content when summarizing a business. Beyond ranking, reviews decide the click. Three businesses appear in the map pack. One shows 4.9 stars from 180 reviews, one shows 4.2 from 30, and one has none at all. Most people call the first, and no amount of technical work closes that gap. Off Google, the other platforms matter for a different reason. Consistent listings across Yelp, Chamber directories, Birdeye, Yellow Pages, and Manta reinforce that your business details are correct, which supports the confidence a search engine has in your information.
