Four Ways to Start a Conversation

Different owners start differently, so we keep four doors open. Call (714) 823-3164 during business hours and talk to a person. Email terrysr@online-website-marketing.com if you would rather write things out and get a reply you can forward to a partner or a spouse. Fill out the contact form on this site, which lands in the same inbox and takes about two minutes. Or book a strategy call and pick a time on the calendar instead of trading voicemails for three days. The route you choose does not change how the conversation goes. Every one of them reaches the same team, gets the same questions, and follows the same process. Nobody gets a lower priority for picking email over the phone. If you already know what you want, there are faster paths. The visibility audit gives you a written look at where your business stands in local search and on Google Maps. The custom proposal gives you scope, pricing, and a timeline for a specific project. The free consultation is a thirty minute talk with no deliverable attached. Links to all three sit at the bottom of this page.

How Fast We Respond

We publish response standards so you are not left guessing. Calls placed between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM Pacific, seven days a week, reach a person most of the time. If everyone is already on a call, leave your name and number and you get a callback the same business day. Emails and form submissions get a written reply within one business day. Most get answered in a few hours. A message sent late Friday gets a response Monday morning, not the following week. If your question needs research before anyone can answer it honestly, we say so the same day and give you a date for the real answer. Requests with actual work behind them take longer, and we would rather tell you the true number than a flattering one. A visibility audit takes three to five business days. A custom proposal takes two to five business days, depending on how much scope has to be defined first. No chatbot writes our replies. If you get an answer from us, a person read your message and typed it.

Hours and Availability

Office hours are seven days a week, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific. That is when phones are answered live, when meetings happen, and when most of the work gets done. We are closed on major national holidays. Marketing is not an emergency service, and pretending otherwise leads to rushed decisions. That said, some things genuinely cannot wait. A website that goes down, a Google Business Profile that gets suspended, or an ad account that stops spending are all problems where hours matter. Active clients get an escalation path for those situations and learn how to use it before they need it. If you are in a different time zone, note that everything here runs on Pacific time. A 10:00 AM start in Chino is 1:00 PM on the East Coast. We can start earlier or run later by arrangement when a client sits outside California. New inquiries that arrive outside business hours are not lost. They sit in the queue and get picked up first thing the next morning.

What Happens After You Reach Out

The first thing that happens is a reply, not a sales sequence. Someone reads what you sent and responds to the actual question in it. Next comes a short set of questions. What does your business do, which cities do you serve, what have you already tried, and what does a good month look like in real numbers. Those answers tell us whether we can help and what would move first. Before any real conversation, we look at your Google Business Profile, your website, and where you currently show up in local search. That takes twenty to thirty minutes on our side and means the first call is not spent asking you things we could have looked up ourselves. Then we talk. That call usually runs thirty to forty five minutes. We tell you what we see, what we would do first, and roughly what it costs. If the honest answer is that you do not need an agency yet, that is what you hear. If it makes sense to continue, we write a proposal with scope, price, and timeline. Nothing gets billed until you sign, and nobody asks you to decide on the call.

What to Have Ready

You do not need to prepare anything to contact us. Having a few things handy just makes the first conversation faster and more useful. If you have them, bring them. If you do not, we can find most of it ourselves. The most valuable item on the list is a number. Not a feeling that things are slow, but an actual count of calls or booked jobs in a recent month. Marketing decisions get much better once there is a baseline to compare against. The second most valuable item is a clear answer about which work you want more of. Most service businesses have jobs they love and jobs they take because the phone rang. Knowing the difference changes which cities and which services we prioritize first, and it changes the budget conversation too.

  • Your business name exactly as it appears on Google
  • Your website address, plus any old sites still online
  • The cities you actually want work in, ranked
  • Your top three services by profit, not by volume
  • Roughly what you spend on marketing each month now
  • Who has admin access to your website and Google profile
  • What you have already tried and what it cost

If We Are Not the Right Fit

Not every business that contacts us should hire us, and saying so early saves everyone money. There are a few common situations where we say no. If your phone goes to voicemail during business hours, more calls will not help. Fix the answering problem first. If you are booked out six weeks and turning work away, spending on lead generation is the wrong move that quarter. If your budget is smaller than what your trade realistically requires to compete, we tell you the number and let you decide rather than selling you a version that cannot work. We also decline work in categories where we could not do a good job, or where the claims a client wants to make would cross a line we do not cross. When we turn something down, we try to leave you better off than we found you. That usually means two or three specific things you can do yourself, or a pointer toward a different kind of help. Nobody gets a hard sell on the way out the door.

Frequently asked questions

Does it cost anything to contact you?

No. Calls, emails, form submissions, consultations, visibility audits, and proposals are all free. Nothing gets billed until there is a signed agreement with a scope and a price you approved. There is no discovery fee and no charge for the first conversation, however long it runs.

Will I get added to an email list if I reach out?

Not automatically. We reply to your message and follow up a couple of times if you go quiet. That is it. If you want marketing emails from us, you have to opt in on purpose, and you can leave any time with one click.

Can I talk to a person before filling out a form?

Yes. Call (714) 823-3164 during business hours. Forms exist to save you time, not to gate access. Plenty of owners would rather explain the situation out loud in five minutes than type it, and that is a perfectly good way to start.

Do you only work with businesses near Chino?

No. The office is in Chino and most clients sit across Southern California, including Orange County, Los Angeles County, Riverside County, and San Bernardino County. We also work with service businesses outside the region when the fit is right. The day to day work is done remotely either way.

What if I already have a marketing company?

That is common and it is fine. Plenty of first conversations are second opinions. We look at what you have and tell you honestly whether it is working. Sometimes the answer is that your current provider is doing solid work and you should stay put. We would rather say that than win a client on a bad comparison.

How quickly can you start if we move forward?

Onboarding usually begins within one to two weeks of a signed agreement. The first two weeks are baseline data, account access, and audit work, so the exact start date matters less than owners expect. If you have a seasonal deadline, say so early and we will tell you honestly whether it is reachable.
